Mrs. Tracy Moore has been providing professional care for over 20 years in the healthcare industry. She decided to open her own care home to provide quality care for seniors. Her focus is to put the interest of the seniors first and advocate for them at all times.
Working as a caregiver and an LVN in assisted living and nursing homes for years, Mrs. Moore gained the knowledge and experiences to assess the needs of seniors, and the ability to deliver an individualized service to meet each resident’s needs.
She understands the sensitivity and compassion involved when working with residents.

Our focus is to encourage and support our resident’s independence. We see our residents as individuals and feel it is important to support them with their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, as well as their cultural needs.
Our objective is to be ethical, compassionate and provide good customer service supporting our clients to maintain their independence.
Established in 2016, Golden Harvest Care Homes, LLC is a six-bed assisted living facility situated in Hawthorne, California. We provide care services focused on giving comfort to seniors during their aging process by giving assistance to their personal day-to-day tasks. As such, it is one of our goals to ensure that residents are happy, safe, and secure in an environment close to home.
Because our residents’ interests and health goals are our priority, we do everything in our efforts to help them live life to the fullest. We have carefully designed our care programs to meet the individual needs and preferences of each of our residents.
To make our community more suitable and nurturing, we encourage our residents to participate in different social activities and engage with his or her fellow residents to create friendships and bonds. This will allow them to enrich the lives of each other and have someone to support them as they go through the aging process together.
To deliver our brand of care, we provide our residents with his or her own caregiver. Our staff members are highly skilled and experienced in the field of health care. They have undergone thorough screening process to ensure that we are able to hire the most qualified caregivers.
